Tons of new enchantments have been added, along with some important fixes that could've made gameplay really unbalanced.

- Iron's Patreon Library (Now required by Iron's mods)

- Enchantments Encore (modrinth ahh mod, dropped support for 1.21.1 many months ago)

Changes
- Config Changes and Cleanup
- Made developer weapons from Confluence impossible to obtain from RandomOre blocks
- Fully adjusted/reworked and added missing descriptions for the Enhanced Enchanting mod
- Reduced pack file size
- Changed Enchantments max level (25% more than base given from Apothic Enchanting) (Only Enhanced Enchanting's enchantments were affected)
