Added Tree Chopper

Allows for tree decapitation

Added FTB Utilities

Adds the ability to claim chunks for your team and chunkload those chunks

Sets the spawn radius to 5

Nobody in spawn can hurt each other

Adds many commands such as /home, /warps, etc.

Added Tinker's Construct

Disabled the creation of Tinker's Tools, you cannot create them anymore; this also includes Tinker's Weapons.

Made Slime Islands more Rare. Now generates one every 800 chunks.

Removed Cobalt and Ardite, as they are useless without Tinker's Tools.

Removed Enhanced Visuals

Removed due to excess visual clutter, made combat gameplay too hard and annoying.

Removed RealBench

Function replaced by Tinker's Construct's crafting station. Generally annoying to people crafting.
