Changes/Tweaks:
- Tweaked the Deeper & Darker and Eternal Starlight questlines to include some of the new items.
- Adjusted the F&A and Mekanism questlines by fleshing them out a bit more. Also adjusted the Productive Bees questlines by adding some more details to each bee quest.
- Actually removed the Copper Alloy Bee from Productive Bees since it no longer exists.
- Adjusted the requirements for most Bee quests, since detection for custom bees is a bit wonky.
- Fixed an issue where iron gears couldn't be crafted normally.
