Naruto Evolution - Diving — Mixed Licensing Notice

Public Domain base
The original Naruto Path of the Shinobi (AHZNB) modpack by CursedFoundry is dedicated to the Public Domain according to its published license:
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/naruto-path-of-the-shinobi-ahznb/license

Pre-existing content from that Public Domain base remains Public Domain. This project does not claim exclusive rights over it or place it under All Rights Reserved.

Original Diving additions
The All Rights Reserved notice applies only to the original Diving campaign text, original Diving integration code, and original Diving branding, to the extent those contributions are protected by copyright. These are credited to Diving / Hoot Al Ghawas (_7oda_).

This is the same limited scope already recorded in overrides/LICENSE-ORIGINAL-CONTENT.txt and overrides/CREDITS.md in the uploaded modpack. It is not a new restriction on the original Public Domain base.

Third-party content
All third-party mods, Minecraft content, Naruto franchise assets, and other third-party materials retain their respective licenses and ownership. Neither the Public Domain statement for the original pack nor the All Rights Reserved notice for Diving's original additions relicenses third-party materials.

Original Diving contributions: Copyright 2026 Diving / Hoot Al Ghawas, where applicable. All Rights Reserved except where a specific file or component states otherwise.
