Changes and Updates

• New StatsConfig that enables you to put cap on stats, change the health logic (like increasing the health caps) and even do some wonky stuff with intelligence (int is WIP)
• Moved the Otsutsuki HP settings to the new StatsConfig
• Potion effects can now be configured to give damage and resistance multipliers in the ModeConfig. Strength and Weakness affect damage by default and Resistance adds +5% resistance multiplier. All effects accumulate with higher effect amplifiers
• Added a lot of configs to the /narutoconfig change command to make configuration super easy while ingame
• /points can now directly affect players' stats like Ninjutsu and even the sage soup counter
• The ChakraConfig can now manage sen chakra aswell
• Overall security improvements for even smaller chances for people trying to cheat
• Internal centralization improvements for easier expansion later on
• Strengthened data validation for the database columns

• Removed some logging spam
