Changes and Updates

• Chakra Config: Configure which stat gives how much chakra, now you're not stuck to Nin builds anymore
• New command: /questmode to toggle jutsus not setting you as owner when landing in your inventory
• Jutsus now never initialize an owner when not in a player's inventory
• Minor improvements to Taijutsu techniques, less user-debuffs, more target-slowness, hitbox increases and fixes, that kinda stuff, just all around small changes that hopefully provide a better feeling

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue with /consumetoken sometimes not respecting the generalMultiplier
• Fixed Gunbai crashing the player on rightclick
• Improved Reaper Death Seal logic, no holding rightclick but instead clicking to start and clicking again to stop, still WIP
• Gunbai cooldowns and Reaper Death Seal's charge are now displayed in the HUD
• Fixed some command permission issues
• Fixed TB stepheight logic to actually reset after downgrading the mode
• Hopefully fixed players clipping into the floor in TB stage 2 and 3
• Fixed some hitbox issues in TB mode
• /mastery works on swords now
• Karma Seal moved back to your forehead
• Fixed C3's explosion range not applying properly
• Attempted fix for the Otsutsuki mode's "prolonged use" issue
