first things first the napping castle is community that primarily takes place in vrchat but many do like to just chill in the discord and game together
I decided to start a Minecraft server for the community as I do believe its a lot of fun and has a lot of nice people
Now about the pack
The pack is 1.19.3 fabric
me and many of the people who play on the server are coming back to Minecraft after not playing much of the newer versions. I myself haven't played a lot beyond 1.12 and others for more then a decade before enchanting was even a thing.
with that in mind I didn't want to use any mods that change or alter the main gameplay it self only addon to it.
so that means no biome overhale mods or anything that changes existing mechanics in 1.19.3 Minecraft. some may make existing mechanics a bit more qol tho such as being able to simply right click crops to harvest them instead of breaking them,
this means nothing like better end/nether.
the two main mods for this pack are ad astra and tech reborn.
I think this is a great pack to play with friends and keep the good old Minecraft feel but are wanting to ease into some modded a bit for the first time.
in addition I believe its fun for veteran players as well. I myself play a lot of modded and playing this with all my friends I have had a lot of fun and my friends have as well,
especially if your into ic2 or galactic craft, while these mods are not updated to 1.19.3 I can tell both ad astra and tech reborn are very reminiscent of both and they take me back to the good old days say like 1.6.4.
lastly as 1.19.3 was only release about a month ago there aren't a whole lot of mods updated yet, witch is why I plan to update this pack every so often as time goes on just to keep people engaged and having fun with all there friends for memories to come.
