Changes:

- [AtomicStryker's Infernal Mobs] After player feedback of too many infernal mobs spawning, the chance of spawning has been adjusted to be more rare: Elite = 1/182, Inferno = 1/172, and Ultra = 1/172.

- [AtomicStryker's Infernal Mobs] After player feedback of infernal mobs being overpowered, the following mob enchantments have been disabled: regen, rust, and wither.

- [CraftPresence] Set Default_Server_Name=NannersCraft Server

- [FTB Utilities] Config values modified: enable_pvp=DEFAULT (players can now decide their PVP status; requires server pvp=false), safe_spawn=true (explosions and hostile mobs in spawn area will be disabled, players won't be able to attack each other in spawn area), and spawn_radius=16.
