ADJUSTMENTS
- Fixed config that caused Inventory HUD mod to enable it's inventory preview which took up most of the screen on lower resolution settings.
- Added recipe for "Flawless Budding Certus Quartz Block" to allow attainability. DONE - 3.0b
- Mod update for Forbidden and Arcanus should fix the lack of textures in certain armors.
