Cobblemon moving to 1.21.1 came at the cost of several things like the essental mod not being available for neoforge, some structure mods not being for 1.21.1 neoforge or fabric, and fabric being a mess overall; missing SO many good mods and lesser functionality with existing mods that were being used.
