-Changed Iguana Tinker Tweaks so that parts can be crafting in a regular crafting table with the appropriate pattern- no more need for the part builder. This should help aid survival in early game, as it will be easier and faster to craft Tinkers' Tools and Weapons.

-Fixed config for ExtraTiC that was causing a crash with alloys cause I tried to divide by zero :3 Herp derp
