I added a ton of new custom recipes, everything from crafting your own end portals to flower mutations.  (more coming in the future)

Made some more config changes to enable some features of Quark

 

Added the mod 'Wither Skeleton Tweaks' now wither skeletons will drop skull fragments 100% of the time. (1 fragment each) 

Whenever a zombie pigmen spawns on netherbrick a wither will spawn with them. in addition to this 1 in every 100 skeletons that spawn in the over world will be wither skeletons.
