Added a few new mods.

Better Builder's wands

MoxLotus Generate by moxemerald (cobble generators and smooth stone generators now have a small chance to spawn ore and or other stone variants. It's very low chance but a smooth stone generator can net you better stuff.)

BetterPortals by Johni0702 (makes nether portals look really nice)

A clay buckets mod and maybe a barrels mod I can't remember if that was in the last version.

 Added xp tome to help store xp

Removed Blur it was causing the screen to flash when checking JEI recipes.
