MVD 2 0.2.0

The big update: MVD 2 moves to Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge, gets Create back, and gets a brand-new quest book.

- Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge 21.1.264 (was Forge 1.20.1). Worlds from 0.0.2.x can't be carried over: start a new world.
- New quest book: 6 chapters, 137 quests (Welcome, Wood and Stone Age, Iron Age, Industrial Age, Digital Age, Colossal Works).
- Added: Create, Tom's Simple Storage, Construction Sticks, Colossal Quarry, XP Works, Colossal Furnace (with Jumbo Furnace), Colossal Apiary (with Productive Bees), FTB Filter System, FTB XMod Compat.
- Removed: Thermal Expansion, Thermal Foundation, CoFH Core and KubeJS Thermal (no 1.21.1 versions; Create and Mekanism cover their jobs), and Construction Wand (no 1.21.1 version; Construction Sticks replaces it).
- Woven progression: the second tiers of Create, Mekanism and Powah, AE2's main blocks, and key parts of the Colossal mods now need parts from the other mods. JEI shows every recipe.
- Tom's Simple Storage is cheaper than usual (no diamonds, ender pearls or Nether needed), but its Basic Inventory Hopper needs Create's Mechanical Crafter.
- Create's crushed ore gives 2 dusts in Mekanism's Enrichment Chamber.
- XP Works uses Create's Block of Experience instead of Bottles o' Enchanting.
- Powah Batteries are Mechanical Crafter recipes and hold more: Battery 10M FE (10,000 FE/t), Hardened Battery 25M FE (25,000 FE/t).
- Advanced Control Circuits and Electron Tubes come 2 per craft; Precision Mechanisms fail less often.
- Colossal Furnace Tiers 3 to 5 and the Colossal Apiary's Yield V and Capacity III wait for later chapters.
