Made great progress on the Quest Book and fixed some grammar lel.

Added in Draconic Evolution to help with balancing of the pack and an endgame boss for the pack.

Completely Revamped the KubeJS script so scaling is a little less on mobs, works on all mobs vanilla or modded, is now completely dynamic so if you hit a day when scaling happens it will happen as your playing and is still per player.

Overall optimizations to the mod to try and make it more stable.
