More (Custom) Pollutants

Ajusted all Pollutant emission rates of files in the Sources folder, things like player eating or mobs dying. Reducing the emissions of some of them by up to 50% to make the experience easier and mostly less anoying. 

Explosions now Emit Nitrogen 0.0 -> 0.02 (This is not less as each block in the explosionradius gets this value)

Added the Immersive Egineering Addon "Immersive Petroleum" as it got (finally) Updated to 1.21.1. Expect compatibility and new pollutants related to that in the future.

Updated all other mods with avalible Updates to their newest version.
