More (Custom) Pollutants

Changed a couple of configs. 

Nitrogen is now mainly produced by burning fossile fuels (mostly fuild fuels like oil or fuel)

additionally it is now produced by more modded mashines from various mods.

Methane now is produced additionally from Organic sources meaning eating, biofuels types creating, burning as fuel and also organic mashines like a biofuel generator or so

Ozone still isn't emitted by anything. I am planning to make it spawn naturally in the air in various biomes.
