Monsters & Mineshafts is a pretty lightweight (around 180 mods) modpack focused on exploration and magic. Shaders are supported and included (Bliss and Chocapic13's High Performance).

M&M was created by a husband-and-wife team which loves roleplaying games like D&D and share a passion for Minecraft. We always wanted to play around with Iron's Spells & Spellbooks, Ars Nouveau and Create but didn't find any modpacks which combined these three mods while still staying playable on lower-end PCs. That's why we started work on M&M.

What's the deal with the "Renewed Edition"?

Version 0.8 was totally rebuilt from the ground up since we encountered some major issues which cropped up after many hours of play. We also noticed that we didn't use certain mods while we missed others. We highly recommend that you check out version 0.8 (or higher) as soon as they are approved by CurseForge.

The modpack is currently in an early phase of development and might still have some issues, so please be careful and always wear your helmet! If you encounter any issues please let us know!
