Mods explained for new players: Create is a mod that you use to build automated contraptions that will help craft Poké Balls and all sorts of items and blocks. 

Cobblemon lets you catch Minecraft-inspired Pokémons thats all. It's just like Pokémon.

Storage mods are mods that let you store lots of items in one chest or drawers; there is also Tom's Simple Storage Mod installed as well to make it so you can craft and store in the same place.

Tempad is a mod inspired by the Loki TV show's teleport system, where you make waypoints that can be teleported back to.

Other mods are installed as well, but there are a lot, so the ones explained above are the main ones.
