Update based on Suggestions in the personal community the mod pack is based in

Builders-based part of the Update
-Info: we are working on finding some Builders wands that work simple but efficiently note suggestions are allowed and

-info: looking into having a mod make some buildings for us. Additionally, the building resources have to be delivered/ used in the mod for us to add it

Factory-based part of the Update

Configuration part of the Update
-info: the update adds some configurations to biome sices do keep in mind its experimental
-Info: part of ProjectE is very exploitable and we are looking in to reusing (EMC value on objects) to counter this
