This pack is the spiritual successor to my previous modpack "A journey to the moon". You start from stone age, and need to reach the space to gather end game material, if you liked the first one, you should like this one too :)

This modpack is around the following concepts :

This pack is optimized to use TerraForged for the terrain generation, also pregen chunk generator is included to help generating the world.

As the previous modpack A extensive quest system is used to display the progression needed to reach space and deploy space station. The progression is logical and you need to automate a lot of thing and figure what will be the next steps.

Techtree

This modpack blend in a single progression, Create (early game), Immersive Engineering (mid game) and Industrial Foregoing (end game) with a cross mod progression. Most automation is done using create/IE but XNet become available later and finally you can unlock applied energistics near the end. Later in game you need to use the Space boss mod to reach space, moon, mars and venus, to bring end game material back to earth and master the technology.

Recipes

There is never "one fit all" solution, multiple path are available with more or less efficiency;

Power generation,

Fossil energy create polution. So you should take a road to clean energy, but you may not allways take that path, so you should think about waste management.

Most power generator, battery, solar, kinetic, were altered to be very similar between mod, and have a similar capacity based on the used parts.

Ore distributions

Copper, Zinc and Tin are available everywhere allowing easy Bronze Tools/Age;

Most of the ores are located in cluster (small or very large), many have surface indication and somes are biomes dependant and may be very far away. Cave are more complex and dangerous but maybe you will find an old mineshaft or dungeon with some ores inside.

Transportation

This modpack use a very low stacksize and stockage option are limited, but you have, horse, carriage, boat, sailboat and rail, so be creative.

Nether portal are disable, but maybe you can find some dimensional fluid pocket near the bedrock and master the process of the teleportation

World generation is slow, this pack use a lot of worldgen and we prefer the use of terraforged, but we included a pre chunk generator that you can use to preload your world.

Agriculture and food

You MUST do agriculture and cooking, you start only with three hearts, and you will increase only if you eat different food, saturation drop very fast. As I said, life is precious, I dont like "hardcore" mode that you lost everything but if you die, this pack have no death chest and you restart with only three heart and must redo the food progression to regain your hearts.
