Mod changes
- Updates a faw mods to the newest version
- added Forestry
- added Immerisve Tech
Recipe changes
- finished Immersive Engineering changes for the tiered progress
- some minor changes for early game
Config changes
- disabled Pams Hardcore Food, because it would only effect Vanilla and Pam's food
- fixed a few things i forget to change in some configs
- Changed most of Forestry setting to this packs needs
