ModCraft - DisjointNova

 This pack is about having fun while playing along with friends, and to find a server to play on, go and check out www.twitch.tv/DisjointNova ! A short little mod list of the main mods in this pack would be: Thaumcraft 6, Blood Magic, Botania, Actually Additions, The Twilight Forest, and Tinkers' Construct. This is made for lower-end computers, and I tried to keep it fun yet less resource-demanding. It is just about 50 mods! Feel free to add Optifine at your own will. If you wish to add your own mods or start your own server with this pack, feel free.
