This Modpack contains a mixture of mods from different areas of the modding world, Tech and Energy mods, Combat and Exploration, Farming and House Design but also some general Quality of Life Changes. Also known as a generalist modpack designed to suit a mixture of playstyles perfect for solo or coop. Note: it is a little challenging if played on harder difficulties due to some added hostile mobs in the game so recommended to start on peaceful or easy until you know where you are going to build.
Some of the Tech mods included are: Create, a mod that adds a new level of complexity to minecraft adding its own items that work on the same difficulty of redstone or AE2 (applied energistics 2) which adds more computer like tech to the game for creating better storage systems. For a different change of pace, there are some Exploration mods like: JourneyMap, which adds a Map / Minimap to the game to explore surroundings and potential teleportation if cheats are enabled or YUNG's Better "X" mods, that are series of mods that improve the structures of normal generated building, dungeons and more. For surviving this modpack there are: Pams Havestcraft which adds a load of new foods to explore and Mystical Agriculture that adds ways of being able to farm for resources using seeds of different types
Quality of life mods I have added mostly dont add anything game changing but will help the user expierence, for example; Additional Lanterns: is a mod that adds the ability to craft different lanterns from different resources, that all function as normal lanterns. There is clean swing through grass, making combat a little easier and the best one being JEI (Just Enough Items) adding a way to see all crafting reciepes in the game for all Standard and Modded items.
There is also the addition of Project E which may stand out for some people as, its a pretty simple but strong mod by itself as it makes the game less grindy using a resource called EMC which can be farmed automatically and used to create blocks learnt through its devices. I would personally avoid using this mod in this pack if it is your first ever modpack and come back to it later in the playthrough.
