Minimal Tech Essence

Minimal Tech Essence is a basic modpack centered around a few popular tech mods such as Applied Energistics 2 (yes, the RNG is removed), Immersive Engineering, Thermal Expansion and a few more, but its goal is not to use every single one. I started working on this because I didn't like the amount of extras most packs that include a good amount of tech mods had, I never used the quest system if it existed and i didn't really like getting into all the magic mods. This modpack is a simpler solution for intermediate players looking to automate their Minecraft experience with tech without much of anything else.

Theme: just tech, nothing too crazy but not exactly vanilla-balanced either
