MineRooms is a psychological horror modpack inspired by the Backrooms, reimagined inside a corrupted Minecraft universe.
Once you enter, you are no longer in a normal world — you are trapped inside the Minerooms, an infinite network of broken, procedural spaces that feel familiar… but completely wrong.
These rooms are not built. They are generated from errors in reality itself — endless hallways, abandoned structures, and mining tunnels that stretch beyond logic or purpose. The deeper you go, the more the world begins to collapse around you.
There is no clear exit.
Only descent.
In Minerooms, survival depends on more than just resources. You must manage your sanity, your visibility, and your perception of what is real. Sounds echo in unnatural ways. Lights flicker without reason. And sometimes, the rooms change when you are not looking.
You are not alone.
Something else exists within the Minerooms — entities that do not behave like normal mobs. They observe, they stalk, and they adapt. The deeper levels introduce increasingly unstable environments where physics breaks down and reality becomes unpredictable.
Key features:
- Infinite procedural liminal rooms and tunnels
- Horror-focused atmosphere with heavy fog and darkness
- Sanity and hallucination system
- Custom hostile entities with unpredictable behavior
- Minimal UI for full immersion
- Level-based progression deeper into corrupted space
- No guaranteed escape
Every step forward is a risk. Every sound could be a warning.
The Minerooms do not want to be explored.
They want you to stay.
