2 > 4 chunks Open to Lan now lets you host serves locally ( No cheats or Gamemode change ) Fog reduced to be Further apart

[Custom Old fog will be added once I figure out how to fix some bugs with it] I will fix the entity chunk once I do more playtesting as its 50/50 for me now
