2 > 4 chunks Open to Lan now lets you host serves locally ( No cheats or gamemode change ) Fog reduced to be futher apart

[Custom Old fog will be added once I figure out how to fix some bugs with it] i will fix the entity chunk once i do more playtesting as its 50/50 for me now
