MC: Unknown [Forge]

* Updated Forge version to latest

* Updated server side mod listing to match client side

* Added FTB Quest that have been completed (WIP, check on multiplayer server for latest updates // latest updates are released with each new version of the pack)

* Added starter items config to match public servers

Note: Server owners do not need to delete their world folder to update to the latest pack version. Simply update the forge version to match the current pack version, delete your servers current mod folder or rename it to something like `mods_2.2` and then paste in the new updated mods folder.
