Custom Zombies
Encounter a variety of undead with unique appearances and behaviors. From slow, relentless walkers to fast and aggressive runners, no two threats are the same.
Hardcore Survival Mechanics
Manage hunger, thirst, and stamina in a world that constantly pushes you to the edge. Purify water, hunt for food, and craft the tools needed to endure.

Infection: “The Hordes” Strain (Type 1) – Contracted from custom zombies (from the Crafting Dead mod). Cure it with The Hordes Cure. Healed with an Unenchanted Golden Apple.
