You can update from v1.0 onwards with no problem. If you're updating from before that, either delete your HQM data for your world, or start a new world entirely for it to work due to many new quests.
- Fixed IC2 miner quest's drill requirement to check with fuzzy detection instead of NBT independent detection (now accepts any charge rate)
- Created recipe for IC2 scrap metal (makes it easier to get the rotary macerator early game)
- Changed veinminer to work with any tool on any block as long as it can be harvested by that tool (even open hand)
