Description

JAVPP, Just Another Vanilla Plus Pack. My definition of "Vanilla Plus" may vary from others and it may be similar. I believe vanilla plus means some mods primarily add/change systems in the game to make it feel new and different but still grounded enough for someone to look at it and say "well this is Minecraft." I went about creating this pack by different sections or "modules" that either add or overhaul a part of the game.  So let's see some of the features that are included in this 200+ modpack.

 

GUI/HUD

  • Useful HUD info such as durability percentage 
  • Pick up notifier
  • Improved Armor bar
  • The wonderful and classic JEI
  • The One Probe - what block is that? Now you know
  • Fancier Achievement plaques
  • And much more

Animations

  • This one is straightforward, a lot of mobs have new animations, including the player

Survival

  • There's a stamina bar - don't get too tired
  • Gotta eat but you'll have to wash it down - there's hydration
  • There are various forms of pollution
  • Occasionally there will be a lunar event
  • Be wary when mining coal

Mobs

  • New Skeleton types
  • Smarter Zombies
  • Camo Creepers - Yikes
  • Overhauled Bees!
  • Mob vote didn't go your way? Don't worry they're all here!
  • Plus a plethora of brand new animals.

Biomes

  • Vanilla biomes have a little more umph!
  • New flowers and flora
  • Brand new biomes in ALL the dimensions
  • Improved cave generation

Exploration

  • New structures
  • Overhauled dungeons
  • Better looking mineshafts
  • Stronghold overhaul
  • Plenty of new ores to mine

Food

  • Extensive cooking system
  • More crops to grow
  • Become a butcher

Building

  • Brand new blocks to use and build with
  • Illegal fences -_-
  • Block variations
  • Different paths
  • Customizable beds

Magic/Tech

  • Overhauled Enchanting system
  • More enchantments
  • Build contraptions and automate with Create!

Multiplayer

  • Not everyone has to sleep
  • Proximity Chat
  • Discord Integration
