- Added the ability to buy power: combine capacitor w/ specific bills to fill it up.
- Made the mekanism steel casing a bit easier to make in prog mode. Now, it just requires the IC2 advanced casing, an advanced circuit (either IC2 or mekanism's), 2 osmium ingots, and a steel heavy plate (TiC). Note, that you can use a magma crucible outputting to a casting table to automate it ;)
