Changes


- Restored a few default keybinds that had been reset.
- Tweaked Tome of Bloods conversion stats to 5 lp -> 1 source point, experience gain for Heretics set remains 1.4x that of normal living armor. 
- Fixed improper quest dependencies.
- Fixed potential memory leak as well as the causes for a few isolated crashes/disconnections/time-outs.
- Re-implemented Magicbane.
- Fixed cost for unlocking an additional backpack slot.
- Items can now be dragged from JEI into the filtering GUI of the Digital Miner, by default, as well as it now receives a %50 lower penalty for using the silk setting.
