Changes


- Set max thread usage during early intialization to 1 to help negate start-up issues with certain mods that don't handle it very well.
- Tweaked dynamic resource loading, decreasing start-up overhead.
- Engine stress duped resolved.
- Pipez now compatible with Sable/Aeronautics
- Updated and refined optimization stack. (it had gotten out of hand)
- Fixed Golem steel bee flowering item/block missing.
- It will continue to be a heavy started up until further compat with things like Viel are vailable, but seems smoothe once in. If that is an Issue, disable everything "sable" and "aeronautics" related. This will not adversely effect gameplay in any way.
