Cities: Tech and Magic

First off all MAJOR change with this patch hence the 1.1,  Millenaire was draining CPU. I attempted to setup a server and the CPU on the server was constant 100% Took off millenaire and boom cpu performance was at around 22%. Thus until it gets a bit more developed so it can run without eating CPU Millenaire has been taken out. There is not other changes so don't feel you have to update to 1.1 as 1.0.5 is the same modpack but it included Millenaire.
