this is a modpack i made for fun

but let me give a bit of a tutorial for a plane

first make a line out of any block you want

then assemble it (give it physics)

ad a propeller bearing upfront

use windmill sails as propellers

and a wool block directliy in front of the propeller bearing

i reccomend putting an inverted clutch behind the proppeller bearing

now power it with a creative motor

do not forget to assemble the proppeller bearing by right-clicking it with an open hand

now you have the base of a plane

you just need to add wing and flaps

also make sure the center of mass is right (check it using F3+b and search for a yellow cube)
