Messenger's Return 2

Changes:

• Corpse now can drop with bones and rotten flesh on it. Eat your friends!
• Stopped LootableBodies from doing player skin lookups as it seemed to cause slowdowns.
• The player's default walking speed is now slightly slower to incentivize more methodical gameplay, and to prevent late-game speed boosts from being just below code-shattering experiences.
• The player's default flying speed in creative is now slightly slower.
• Introduced tighter speed stat caps, although it's unlikely they'll do anything.
