Updated:
- Fresh Animations changed to a different file version.

Removed:
- Removed Adaptive Performance Tweaks and related APTweaks modules.
- Removed multiple Loot Integrations addons.
- Removed several server/chunk optimization mods.
- Removed smaller utility and compatibility mods that were unnecessary or overlapping.

Config / Pack Changes:
- Added configs for Mutant Monsters, Medieval Buildings Nether Edition, Underground Villages, XaeroPlus, Ping to Map Xaero, and Quests Additions.
- Added default FTB config files for FTB Chunks, FTB Essentials, FTB Library, FTB Quests, and FTB x Mod Compat.
- Added Modpack Update Checker info file.
- Removed old generated config files from removed mods.
- Refreshed several existing config files.

Notes:
- Modpack manifest count changed from 558 to 524.
- Minecraft version remains 1.20.1.
- Forge version remains 47.4.20.
