Mercury 2 is the fully refined evolution of Mercury 1 — the same realism-driven exploration and colonization experience you loved, rebuilt from the ground up to be leaner, sharper, and truly focused.

What's New in Mercury 2

Mercury 1 was our first step, and thanks to your support it reached over 1,200 downloads. But it carried a lot of weight it didn't need. Mercury 2 is the result of a deep rework:

Weapons mods removed — Mercury has never been about combat gimmicks, so they're gone.
Complex late-game tech removed — Mekanism, generators, reactors and similar heavy industrial mods have been cut. They never fit the realism and colonization identity of the pack.
Around 100 unnecessary and heavy mods removed overall — no more bloat, no more clutter, just what the experience actually needs.
World generation rebuilt from scratch — new terrain generation tuned for exploration and immersion.
Optimization rebuilt from scratch — a leaner modlist, lower RAM usage, better FPS, and much better stability, even on modest hardware.

The result: the same soul as Mercury 1, in a far better body.
