Removed No Ruined Nether portal mod, so crying obsidian is available.

Removed Access denied for good (was originally meant not to be playing with nether, but mod doesn't make it easy to have end on and nether off for modpack creators)

Fixed sculk config to actually be able to be defeated

Reenabled elder guardian and sculk enderman
