Mekanised Survival
It is a small yet really fun tech themed mod pack, based around the amazing Mekanism mod, with with some extra mods thrown in to enhance the experience, some of these include jei and a chunk loading mod with a total of 16 mods yet of now so it should run on most computers.
I would say the minimum amount of ram you need is 2gb but i would recommend 4gb or more to have a better experience.
