Ensure all the files in "config/railcraft/ores" are deleted so zinc ore generation works

Fixed zinc not spawning (Overwritten railcraft generation using COFH world)

Fixed conflicting recipes for ingots -> blocks & blocks -> ingots, as well as many conflicting recipes from dungeon tactics (using mine tweaker)
