### 1. OWNERSHIP AND SCOPE
This license applies specifically to the unique compilation, configuration files (.json, .toml, .txt), custom quests, scripts, and original assets created for this modpack. It does not supersede the licenses of individual mods included within the pack, which remain the property of their respective authors.

### 2. CUSTOM ASSETS & BRANDING (ALL RIGHTS RESERVED)
All custom graphics, logos, and UI elements—specifically those located within the modpack's directory under "config/fancymenu/assets/arr"—are the exclusive property of the author.
- These rights apply regardless of the user's installation path or drive letter (e.g., C:, D:, or external storage).
- You MAY NOT redistribute, modify, or use these specific assets in other projects without explicit written permission from the author.
- The use of the Discord logo/assets is intended for community integration and remains subject to Discord's branding guidelines.

### 3. EARLY ACCESS & CONFIDENTIALITY
If you have been granted access to "Early Access," "Alpha," or "Beta" versions of the modpack:
- You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from sharing, redistributing, or "leaking" these files, download links, or specific configuration secrets to any other individual, including other members of this community.
- Early access is a private privilege. Sharing access with others who have not been officially granted it by the author will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the project and all future builds.

### 4. CONFIGURATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS (PERMISSIVE USE)
The author grants permission for users to:
- Modify and edit configuration files and quest lines for personal use.
- Fork or "remix" the pack logic for community bug fixes or performance improvements, provided that clear credit is given to the original "Meadow's Delight" project.

### 5. REDISTRIBUTION AND HOSTING
- You MAY NOT re-upload this modpack, in part or in whole, to other hosting platforms (such as 9Minecraft, ModBay, etc.).
- The official distribution points are CurseForge and Modrinth.
- You are encouraged to feature this modpack in videos, livestreams, and social media content!

### 6. DISCLAIMER
