1. SemiOpen Source Definition;
Is defined as SemiOpen Source for any DIGITAL "FILE", Media, Software, etc, which counts with fewer Open Source terms aswell less Closed Source terms, whereas the SemiOpen meaning is used to bridge both at

once.
