Minecraft Upgrade

- added Farmer's Respite.
- added Dramatic Doors.
- added No Lakes mod instead of the data-pack (didn't remove them in modded biomes).
- removed Peculiars.
- updated some mods.
- changed item pipe and amethyst lamp texture.
- added Server Utilities to server pack (forgotten in the last update).
- disabled FPS counter and advanced tooltip by default.
- fixed amethyst arrow and green sconce recipe.
- added red merchant to title screen mobs.
- changed amethyst launcher texture, name and recipe.
- enabled and renamed charcoal block, chiseled endstone, weeping/twisting blackstone bricks duplicates.
- removed duplicates recipes from outside crafting.

Don't forget to backup your world before updating.
