Minecraft Upgrade

- added Property Modifer.
- added Harder Spawners and Carry On instead of Enhanced Mob Spawners.
- replaced Fast Leaf Decay with a data-pack that has the same feature.
- removed 10x Harder Dragon datapack.
- updated some mods.
- increased speleothems generation rate.
- made the ender eye recipe require an ender pearl, withered bone and prismarine crystal.
- added and tweaked some tips.
- increased sponge absorption radius.
- lowered milk hunger refill from 10 to 2, and raised saturation from 10 to 15.
- disabled horses outside the overworld.
- made bamboo compostable.
- raised stack sizes for many items, lava and water buckets are buggy, enchanted books in anvils too.
- buffed gold tools and armor and made them fire proof.
- named skeletons with swords fighter skeletons instead of strays.

Don't forget to backup your world before updating.
