MC Interminable

Made a few client-side tweaks to Angel of Vengeance.

Moved the PSI bar to the other side of the screen so it wouldn't overlap potion timers.

Significantly buffed the RF output of Botania and Nature's Aura to remain competitive with Immersive Petroleum.

Disabled the crafting timer in Steve's Carts.

Added Natural Pledge now that I've managed to bandaid the crash caused by Natural Pledge + Buildcraft+JEI.

Removed Botaunomy.  It was causing crashes, and it wasn't particularly useful without the ability to click with items.

Removed Crimson Warfare.  It's largely redundant with the latest Thaumic Augmentation update.
