LOW FRAMERATE IS INTENTIONAL
This modpack (attempts to) turn Minecraft into an MS-DOS style game, akin to things like Elder Scrolls: Arena or Ultima. It is currently in alpha, so it doesn't have everything I'd like it to, but everything will be added eventually.
If you have any suggestions for things to add, please leave them in the comments.
This modpack currently:
- Makes the graphics look like an early 90s DOS game
- Adds an item weight system
- Adds a world minimap
- Adds enemy health bars
- Makes the item entities look flat
- Adds DOOM-style dungeons
- Adds magic
- Adds a stats/leveling system (If the mod is working)
- Removes the hunger system
- Removes natural health regeneration
- + Miscellaneous mods
This modpack plans to:
- Add more fantasy and folklore creatures such as dragons, trolls, etc.
- Add many more bosses
- Rework vanilla mechanics to be more like a DOS game
- Add more fantasy weapons
- And much more!
