Updated a slew of mods

removed a couple of farm and charm millstone recipes that were redundant

added brown dye recipe

changed vanilla armor and tools to smelt into ingots instead of nuggets 

added bark recipe

added nitrate dust recipe

removed primer recipe that used gunpowder

disabled some recipes that were useless (that I have disabled the items to anyways)

removed alex's caves gunpowder recipe
